Meet your coach
Athletics have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. That lifelong passion continued through running in high school and earning a four-year basketball scholarship to Winston-Salem State University.
At Winston-Salem State University, I majored in Exercise Science to develop a deeper understanding of the body, exercise mechanics, and athletic performance. After college, I signed with an agency to pursue professional basketball overseas. An injury changed that path—but it also clarified my purpose.
I transitioned my focus to youth development and have spent the past five years training children through Crazy Running. Elite by Intention brings together my experience as a competitive athlete, my education in human performance, and my commitment to helping young athletes develop with confidence and purpose.
